The Teen Choice Awards recently wrapped up in the lovely Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California on August 9. So I have some awards to distribute.
Ahhh, Miss Hudgens, despite your penchant to disrobe, take self-portraits, and “accidently” leak the photos onto the Internet, you have amazing style when your clothes are actually on. This blue mini dress is immaculately detailed and figure flattering. And let’s not forget those gorgeous sky-high heels that finish the look off perfectly!
Hayden looks like a fresh-faced goddess in this light pink frock, neutral makeup and subtly glamourous hair. She vaguely reminds me of an Old Hollywood Starlet. I love it!
What is going on here? Is this a red carpet event or a funeral procession? I think it must physically hurt Miss. Stewart to smile, comb her hair, or look enthusiastic. Her already severe facial expression is made even more terrifying by this threatening skirt/dress thing that looks like it moonlights as a torture device. Kristen, you are a VERY pretty girl… please humor us with some warmth and feminine charm. Thanks, dahlin!
How old is Miley these days? 12? Well, why does she look like she is on her way to earn her keep on Hollywood Boulevard? Lawd… the chains; the skin tight, slightly sheer tube top she is wearing as a skirt; the black bra under a see-through tank top. These are the Teen Choice Awards, folks. Let’s avoid dressing like street walkers. Well, at least her shoes are cute.
Okay, okay. Kim would look good in a burlap sack. However, those long, dark strands were amazing! This blonde is… well… B O R I N G. And Miss Kim Kardashian is anything but boring, ya’ll!

I didn’t close shots from Kristen Stewart, but you are so right…it´s not her best shot….although she is so beautiful and a great actress….love her roles
Ooh I do like Vanessa’s style, but this dress is a bit to short and a bit too sheer and bit to revealing in general for her. Maybe if the skirt was a bit longer, she could rock the top part, or if the top was more concealing….. I love Hayden’s look though, she looks so pretty and mature!
And -sigh- Miley Cyrus this is why you do not make a good role model for young girls. there is a rule for teenagers sky high heels plus slutty mini skirts are a no-no. At least try to look classy. And Kirsten Stewart… did she cut her hair? She looks one step above a stereotypical dike. Sigh what happened to her “in the Land of Women” days??
Obsessed. That is the only word I can use to describe Vanessa Hudgens’ look. I’m simply obsessed with that frock and those heels. It’s very reminiscent of what an ethereal woodland fairy, or a ballerina would wear. And the sparkly bauble perched upon her finger is the perfect addition for that extra statement!
hatyden is a winner for me . but vanessa was ok … i just dont think it was the right choice of shoe color .
Agree agree agree!! With all of your choices! I think the top two look stunning and make me proud to be a late 20s teeny bopper! The latter two are just trying wayyyyyyy too hard and achieving nothing with regard to sophistication or class. I also have very strong feelings that KK should dye her hair back. Should we write her a joint note?

i thought leighton meester was the best dressed. i love the black white and red color combo she had. miley cyrus seems to be trying waaaay too hard to shake off her teen queen image. i can’t believe she actually danced on a pole! she really annoys me.

I admit. I did not enjoy K.Stew’s look. However, I was more drawn to Leighton’s look. She definitely surprised me with her choice. I love Vanessa’s look as well.

Vanessa and Hayden are solely Gorgeous – I agree Kim should dye her beautiful locks back to being dark! KK reminds me of J.Lo with her hair this color or maybe it’s her expression, it’s something I’m not sure what it is but it has that J. Lo thingy happening!

I like the blonde on Kim! It’s not as interesting or exotic as those long, luscious black strands she rocked, but it is nice to see her do something different. I would have chosen Selena Gomez for best dressed runner-up. That one shouldered purple stunner was divine (and by Baby Phat, oddly). Hayden looks nice but boring.
