Whenever I think it maybe-could-possibly rain I always like to wear my rain boots. Mostly because I love my rain boots. They are warm and surprisingly chic considering that they are made from rubber.
These shots were taken at the Time Warner Center, where every cab in the city seems to like to hang out and idle in front of building — hence why there is a sea of yellow behind me.

I so agree with you: rain boots are a necessity if it even sounds like it might rain. I always like to take along a pair of flats for indoors, though.
