2015 was a big year. I had a baby (yay!). I left NYC (boo!). I turned 30 (shrug). It’s definitely been a year of extreme happiness and a year of extreme not so much happiness.
I could continue with this long-winded reflection of my year and my feelings, or we could do outtakes.
Let’s do outtakes.
When you want to be one of those bloggers who posts perfect pictures of themselves with their baby but your baby is like — NO.
When you forget to zip your bootie AND you’re wearing pink and white striped little girl socks.
When you’re mid-photo-shoot and the baby just definitely blew out her diaper all over the stroller.
When you turn 30 and you want to do a joyous birthday photo shoot, but the effing balloons aren’t lining up right and you’re actually really annoyed that you aren’t 24 anymore.
When you want to do a sexy hair flip photo but it all goes terribly wrong.
“Is that a booger, Hannah?? Here, let momma look. Now hold still. Oh yes, that’s a big one. Let me get it for you.”
When you have it in your mind that you just did an epic spin photo, and this is what you get instead.
When your baby nails her blogger face, but you just can’t get it together.
I can’t believe another year is over! It’s been a great one, and here’s to 2015 being even better! Here are twelve of my favorite looks from 2013.
Happy New Year to you all!!!

Here are three fashion resolutions I hope to keep this new year.
♥ Introduce color to my wardrobe: So here is the thing. I was casually meandering my
giant walk in closet and I couldn’t help but notice that everything was black or grey. That has to change. So I bought a green dress. I figure that is a good start.
♥ Show my nails some love: In college, my roommate used to make fun of me because I am pretty much horrible at doing my own nails. However, I have begun noticing that other girls/women are really good at painting their own nails. As a girl who loves freshly done nails, but hates spending money, I want to be one of those girls who can paint her own nails like a pro. So I will become an amateur nail pro in 2012.
♥ Acquaint myself with a dry cleaner and actually go there and drop off my clothes: So here is a secret. When an item of clothing says “dry clean only” I usually don’t wash it. I either don’t ever wear it or I spray it with febreeze to freshen it up when the mood strikes me right. Sounds gross but don’t act like you don’t do the same! So this year, I am going to be bff with my dry cleaner. Not just go on special occasions (or sneak my dry cleaning into my fiance’s dry cleaning bag– works every time, though)
